Contract Item is not transferring to OCI

Hi Experts,

We are using MDM 7.1 SP6 and SRM-MDM Catalog 3.0, Maintaining Contract Price table with full data in MDM but the same info is not available in Shopping cart.

Cross checked in BADI_CATALOG_TRANSFER in debug mode , found that fields in catalog_content table were empty.

This is urgent for us. Please through some light on this.

Dear Jacob,

I think that what you need is to add some configuration more.

1. Open the server URL to customize the UI layout.

2. In the layout tab per view, in your default view for users set the "Price information" field as visible (it is not visible by default).

Ensure that the change is made for the user that is connecting to catalog.

Afterwards, retest your issue.

Hi Jacob,

Please add the contract number in table in contract price.


Add the contract related data in field contract price for line item in catalog(table: catalog items/product)

Contract item ID should be similar to line item number in contract.

Please note supplier and product ID is similar in contract and in MDM.

Hi Jacob,

1. You can check the log in SLG1.

2. If there is any incorrect record in MDM like the UOM was not maintained properly with ISO code then

    also it will not get transferred . This is one example . So you can check thoroughly the entire your contract.
