VC01N- Text Id 0007 ( Correspondence ) only required

Hi Friends,

Please suggest the possible way to restrict users to have only one option -Correspondence using transaction VC01N, I tried through authorization but it seems Correspondence tab is not coming through Transaction level. I just want to stick on text id Correspondence /0007 and for other options like Telephone Note etc ...it should come up with non-editable / grayed out  or error ?

Please advise me.

I resolved it by usingText procedure .
