Application gets closed while closing a popup in OVP FPM

Hi ,

I am currently working on FPM , I have a button in my OVP FPM. It opens a pop up with a table. The table row contains a button which opens one more pop up. The pop up in the contains tree structure with check boxes.

Up on selecting the data from the pop up, and clicking on Close, the whole application is getting closed.

Is there any limitation with Pop up,.
