Year end activities for rental contract agreement process in RE-FX

Hi Gurus,

Following is my client’s real estate business processes

1^st - Contract creation (Could be lease-in & lease-out)

2^nd- adjustment run for contract

3^rd – periodic posting for contract (Booking a invoice (KR document type))

4^th –Co settlement for contract

Can anybody help me out what should be the year end activities for above business process?

Hi,

As you know we are in phase in where we have to complete year end activity for our customer's contract rental agreement process. Also, being a new to real estate process am not aware of about year end activities.

Request you to provide valuable inputs in this regard please.

Hi Shankar,

regarding the process you described it should be assured that the period postings for the year are done and then the CO settlement for the contracts is performed.

What other kind of year end activities are you thinking of that might be necessary?

Thank you for your response.

Actually I do not know about the year end activities process for my customer process.

As suggested by you that if a contract (as per my customer process) already under gone through periodic posting followed by CO settlement process in the same fiscal year then the contract do not need to have year end activity process.

Please guide if anything wrong in my understanding.
