Firefighter ID search with Action

Guys,

I want to search for firefighterids based on the tcode, but in the access request screen 'system' is not available and its a mandatory value for this search.

anybody had same issue? we are SP10.

Hi Srinu

What authorization does the user have user access request? Are you using the End User Form (system user)

I am on SP11 and Connector appears for me to choose. However, if user does not have authorizations for system, then nothing appears in the drop down

Hi

Have you checked, if the connectors are maintained in the customizing?

SPRO->GRC->Common Componets Settings->Integration Framework

The connectors for the Firefigther has to be maintained as a connector group and as well you have to assign the scenario SUPMG in the "Connection Settings".

Further the FF-ID has to be maintained with controllers, owners.

Martin,

I already did everything you mentioned..firefighter work flow and log review work flows are working fine.

But the users are not able select firefighter by doing a search on tcode(action) since the system from dropdown is not available.
