CUSTOME HTML page editor

Hi

this is regarding the HTML page creation for the ITS service....

i have created the ITS service through SICF and SE80 and i have generate the three screen for the standard t-code CU50

but while testing the service in the SICF its giving the all the screens as out put

but what ever screens i created in the SE80 those are not reflected.....

later i found the parameter :~WEBGUI causes the default sap screen..

but when i remoive  this parameter i got error "Template interpretation cancelled, syntax error"

any how my html templates are not reflecting so please let me know the process how to create the custom html templates for the ITS service for the Satandard T-code

Hello Mahesh,

What BASIS and Kernel are you using here?

Did you publish the service "XXXXX" that was created in SE80; to the ITS?

List all the GUI Configuration settings of this service in SICF?

Have you the parameter:  ~sources "XXXXX" where x is the service name?

Do you really need to use templates?

Please find the below parameter which maintained in SICF & Se80

SICF :

~THEME = 99

~TRANSACTION = CU50

~NOHEADEROKCODE = 1

~SOURCE = ZCU50

SE80:

~SERVICE = ZCU50

~SOURCE = ZCU50

~TRANSACTION = CU50

i have added the "source" parameter also but still i am not getting the Screen which i have created in Se80

now when i am excuting the service in SICF i am getting the following error 

RABAX_STATE-e:ITS_CANT_LOAD_INCLUDE

Have you published the templates and MIME files of "the" service in question:  to the site INTERNAL in SE80?
