Error in email notifications in GRC PC 3.0

Hi All

We are using GRC PC 3.0

One user has reported that he has not received email notification for 3 tasks assigned to him on 12th February.

The job for sending email notification is running properly in our system.

In SOST tcode, I see that one mail was sent to the user on 12th February but I couldn't identify for which task he got the mail.

Kindly tell me if there is any table which stores information about email notifications and also on how to find the reason why notifications were not sent.

Rakesh,

Check your role assignment under Access Management - GRC role Assignments - Business processes.

Is that particual user listed in there (linked to the control for example)?

Hi T.de Jong,

Yes the user assignment exists.

In fact this error occurred when the task got re-assigned to the user.

User had received email notification the first time the task got assigned to him.
