Dear All,

I am getting some issues in the Service Desk

while I checked the value against below alters which are Ok 

Customizing table BCOS_CUST is inconsistent

Object links between the mBdoc messages are active

SICF user is not maintained for HTTP connection

Middleware trace level settings are not correct

and I have actived and published the webgui and System services but still getting above SYSTEM issue.

Hi Abdul,

Did you run solman_setup tcode for It service management  ?

I have run SOLMAN_SETUP and made the configuration of Initial, Basic and Managed System.

Hi Abdul,

Start posting test message and check if everything is fine ....those are self-diagnosis errors and you can ignore them..

let us know if any error pop up comes up.

i am assuming you have all authorizations and master data setup completed already

Is the configuration of Sevices Desk completed because highlighted message is showing in CRM_DNO_MONITOR?

Yes

if you can

  1. Open Messages
  2. Process messages like changing status etc
  3. Confirm messages

you are ready to use service desk

all the other stuff like email integration .....automatic determination rules etc...are part of additional requirement...but basic is what mentioned above and seems you have already done that.

hi Prakhar,

would you tell me about the SYSTEM service mean why is it not showing under ITS.

how can I resolve the Service Cannot be Reached, may I have to create it?
