BRRECOVER location issue

Former Member

Hi Experts,

Wondering if someone can help me. I am trying to do a homogeneous system copy using a backup taken from an existing system on a new system.

When trying to run BRRECOVER I am facing this issue:

BR0699I Reading log file E:\oracle\ACD\sapbackup\beksaahc.fnd ...

BR0252E Function fopen() failed for 'E:\oracle\ACD\sapbackup\beksaahc.fnd' at location BrbLogRead-1

Can someone tell me which parameter I can change so that it looks/points to the correct location?

The backup that I have is located at E:\BACKUP\ACD\REDOLOGS and E:\BACKUP\ACD\SAPBACKUP.

Thanks in advance for the help.

Also, my SAPInst is still running waiting for the Recover to finish.

Regards,

M

Hi Manish,

Please check whether beksaahc.fnd file is available in E:\oracle\ACD\sapbackup\

Try to give full permission to E:\oracle\ACD\sapbackup\ and try again.

Thanks and Regards,

Hi Manish,

Please full permission to

'E:\oracle\ACD\sapbackup\

'E:\oracle\ACD\sapreorg

'E:\oracle\ACD\saptrace

And try again.
