Reg: How to Instal Developer Studio

Hi,

I need some help. I worked on NW EP 7.0 EhP2, DB: DB2, 2008 Server 64Bit, without using NWDS installatio & configurations. Now I implement Developer studio,I searched with SMP that file location this is correct or wrong & any other files are required or not. Becuase I instaled java 1.4.0.17 Jdk java upgrade is required or this version enough?

which version is comfortable Becuase i am using EP7.0 EHP2

From the list above i feel you should go with SP13 for NW DEVELOPER STUDIO 7.02. As it looks the latest one.

     Thanks for your sugesstions, one more doubt, which JDK is comfortable and what about "eclips" why using this tool. or NWDS one tools enough or some other tools is required or not.

Hi Selva,

Both Eclipse and NWDS are used to develop screens in SAP JAVA environment.

Please use SAPJVM instead of JDK for JAVA based SAP systems.
