Hi Selva,

what exactly your lookinfg for.

msg_server.exe ---- it is responible for Message server service.it will do Load balancing in the system.

disp+work.exe-------it is responible for Work press process.

igswo.exe-----------it is an Internet Grpahics server ..this will comes with SAP WEB AS.it is not part kernel.when do start or stop this service will run

Hi Selva,

    MSG_server.exe is required and to run as  message server for communication between  the dispatchers.

Disp+work is the dispatcher that will receive the user request and forward it accordingly.

IGS.exe file is the Internet Graphics services which is useful to generating graphic related services so that you can see the graphics in a report.

These files are interconnected...

System CANNOT be running with message server and dispatcher ... Even message server is running and dispatcher is not running, it is of no use... Both should be running....

IGS is of not category... You can run a system without IGS too.
