Audit Management Process in SAP QM

Hi,

I am doing Audit Management Process. Kindly let me know the complete cycle like how to create Audit Plan,Question lists,Corrective and Preventive actions etc.

I am aware of the T-Code PLMD_Audit. Kindly let me Know the entries which needs to be maintained in this t-code.
