I remember having the same problem once, this was an issue with SECSTORE,

Try running report RS_TT_CLEANUP_SECSTORE and importing the profiles again.

Also, Read Note 1532825 - Deleting SECSTORE entries during system export/system copy

Hi Santhosh,

it is problem with /usr/sap is not shared.try to share the /usr/sap directory

And goto----> service.msc and then computer browser service will be there..start the service.after that try to import again it will solve the your error.

Hi Juan,

Thanks for your quick & prompt reply.

I tried the same & fixed the problem .

But Could u pls tell me why instance & start profile naming convention are unusual as mentioned below after the installation ( My SID is DEV ) .

Instance profile           ID3_DVEBMGS50_ID3TDC00

Start profile                START_DVEBMGS50_ID3TDC00

Thanks & Regards ,

Those are standard IDES profiles ID3 and ID3TDC00 are most likely the SID and Host of the source SAP system as well as intance number 50

Hi,

have you checked the Note 123202 - E:Instance profile is missing.

Try to follow the suggestion from the note.

Thanks
