Dear all,
We are working on SOLMAN 7.1 SP07
Recently we have a problem mail is triggering multiple times to the users. we observed MPT warning mail is triggering for every 10 minutes the job runs, even after the MPT exceed has triggered .

Check and apply the sap note Note 1771607 - AI_CRM_PROCESS_SLA: SLA user status is not set correctly
This should solve the issue. please update,
