CRM Mobile Sales - Status transaction displayed in other language

Hello,

We are facing an issue on different environments.

On our device (iPad), the status for some transactions type (lead, activity...etc) are displayed in English but all other fields or informations are in the native language (French).

We already checked the language in SPRO - CRM Mobile Sales...etc, it is french.

Do you have an idea where it could come from ?

The transaction type test is part of customizing.

Please check the IMG CRM -> Transactions -> Basic Settings

Thank you for the response.

But we did not change anything in those settings and we don't meet the issue on all environments.

I should mention that all the status on the iPad are in english (Open, In Process...etc).

Do you have any other idea ?

What is the transaction type?

What is the Status Profile for the transaction type?

Custom transaction type with custom status profile. The language is in french there. No differences between systems working fine and others where it is displayed in english.

What are the entries in the MAS_CUSTOMIZING. ET_CUST_STATUS? Is it French or English?

What are the entries in the MAS_CUSTOMIZING. ET_ML_CUST_STATUS? Is there French entries?

You can check it in the SDOE_WB transaction.

Have you schedule the delta load background job which is guided in the set up and configuration guide?

I think we are very close to the goal!

MAS_CUSTOMIZING. ET_CUST_STATUS

There are no french entries.

MAS_CUSTOMIZING. ET_ML_CUST_STATUS

The entries are not available in french (F), but I checked in the environment where it is working fine and French is available... It could be our issue.

I am checking for the delta load background job.

But it was working fine before and we don't know why the status aren't in french anymore.

Double check your language customizing and run the delta load for customizing objects.

CRM -> CRM Sales Mobile -> Basic Settings -> Language.

French entry should be there and English should be the default.

I double checked the language customizing but french is default.

So, if we want to update the customization tables in DOE, we need to run a delta load for customizing (do you know how we could run that ?)

But do you have any idea what could be the cause ?

It seems that you have not scheduled the delta load job. Please check the setup and configuration guide. For manual run, SDOE_LOAD is the transaction.

I believe that someone has changed the language customizing. That is the root cause.

We tried the SDOE_LOAD in delta mode and the MAS_CUSTOMIZING. ET_ML_CUST_STATUS table isn't updated with the french entries.

The initial mode says us in monitoring tool that it already triggered for data object MAS_CUSTOMIZATION.

arg 😞 is there any other tool where we could update this table in DOE ?

We also tried an initial load from report /MSA/CUST_INITIAL_DOWNLOAD

What is your language customize setting? English(default)+French, right?

French is default.

Language  Description      Default language

DE            German

EN            English

FR            French             X

IT              Italian

NL             Dutch

PT             Portuguese

ES             Spanish

Anyway, nobody can changes this setting because client has status 'not modifiable'.

For the record, we implemented OSS note 1741171 and then ran again the delta load.

The status in NW table  MAS_CUSTOMIZING. ET_CUST_STATUS has been updated in french. The status appear in french on the iPad now.

I always recommend you to use the latest SP. Just spending 2 hours for applying the SP will saves 4 days for troubleshooting time.
