Backlog in old project

Hi Gurus,

I was reqeusted to close an old project, but this project has shows a Backlog which is a surplus revenue from period 12/2012. I was told by FI team that i cannot close it. is there a way to clean the surplus revenue and therefor close the project?

Hi Ahmed,

First you need to equal revenue as plan revenue via CJR2 so that your project backlog could be closed the settle your project via cj88.

Such what is the prerequsition as follow:-

1. PR PO should be closed.
2. Plan cost and actual cost should be equal.
3. Plan revenue and actual revenue should be equal.
4. CATS CADO should be closed if you are using in your project.
5. GR/IR should be closed.
