c folder and PQQ issue

Hi team,

We had insalled EHP6 ECC6.0 and SRM 7.02.I have following issues.

1) We had activated  Business Function- SRM_SOURCING_1,  then SRM_CROSS_INDUSTRY_1 and SRM_PUBLIC_SECTOR_1 for PPS for EHP2.

But the PQQ tab or PQQ related fields are not coming in the Portal for 2 Envelope BID? Is any Bussiness functions need to activate?

2) We had installed C folder in SRM. We are able to login to C-folder.We have few issues

We maintained the System landscape settings in SPRO with Log System, RFC destination as SRM local , with RFC checked and Sys.type as Coflders.

When we try to create with the 2 bid envelope system is giving a dump screen as follows

and if we remove with the settings, when we do check on the RFX following error  is coming and closing the session

Cannot connect to cFolder system; two-envelope RFx cannot be created?

Can any body help on this?

We had an issue where clicking the technical RFx buttons opens a blank page of cFolders and it can be resolved by implementing a small code in DOC Chaneg BADI.

Dear Gibi,

We get this error when the system is not able to find the cFolder client to create tech Rfx in cFolders.

You can recheck to 1.External alias defined as per.

2.Check if RFC is working fine between EBP and cFolder client and vice versa.

We can still configure cFolder on same client as EBP if required.

1.   cFolders URL alias Settings

Tcode: SICF

Click on default host to select

1. Click on ‘à External Aliases’ button on top or menu ‘gotoà External Aliases’

Single click on default_host to select

Click ‘Create’ icon on top

Give the external alias name as        /bidding

Click on ‘Trg Element’ tab

1. Select Virt.hosts/servicesàdefault_hostàsapà bcàbspàsap

Double click on sap

The path ‘/default_host/sap/bc/bsp/sap’ appears next to Trg element on the top

Click on ‘Error Pages’ tab and then on ‘Logon Errors’ tab

Check radio box : Redirect to URL & maintain the following URL

/sap/public/bsp/sap/system/login.htm?sap-url=<%=PATHTRANS%>&bspchangepasswordvisible=X&bspclient=300(CFOLDERCLIENT)&BspDontShowHttpsWarning=X

Radio box ‘w/o form fields’ checked.

You will be able to access  cfolders with the following URL

<protocol>://<server>:<port>/<external alias>/ cfx_rfc_ui/default.htm

Hi Tamas,

The above settings is already done and the url assigned to ITS_DEST.

Is the  C-folder logical system needs to assign to a Client?.In our system the SRM and cfolder are in the same landscape.

Dear Giri,

the cFolder and SRM Server can be on the same server, that is OK, but it needs to be on a different client!

This needs to be also configured in SE16 - BBP_BACKEND_DEST table!

Customizing on SRM-side:

- You have maintained the correct URL destination for the attribute
  ITS_DEST in transaction ppoma_bbp.

    > ALE Settings (Logical System)
     > Distribution (ALE)
      > Basic Settings
       > Logical Systems
        > Define Logical System.

You have established the RFC destination between SRM Server and SAP PLM
cFolders in Customizing for SAP SRM under  SRM Server  Technical Basic
Settings  Define RFC Destinations .

    > Define Back-end Systems.

      Enter the logical system and RFC destination of the cFolders
      system. Enter the system type CFOLDERS in the Sys. Type column.

> You have ensured that any users that are defined in both systems have
  exactly the same user name in each system.

> You must ensure that the relevant users for purchasers and bidders, as
  well as the RFC user are authorized to access a collaboration in
  cFolders (role SAP_CFX_USER, SAP_CFX_COMP_CREATOR).

> Activate Service CFX_RFC_UI and Create External Alias in TA sicf
  (default_host > sap > bc > bsp > sap > cfx_rfc_ui.

> ensure that service BBP_CFOLDERS is active too
  (default_host > sap > bc > gui > sap > its > bbp_cfolder)

> External Alias: naming convention: /<systemnameclient>.
  - On the Logon Data tab page, enter the client number of your local
    SRM system in the Client field.
  - On the Trgt Element (target element) tab page, navigate in the tree
    structure to default_host > sap > bc > bsp > sap. Double-click on
    the sap line.

    The system displays the alias /default_host/sap/bc/bsp/sap in the
    Trg Element field.
