Two data sources to one UIBB wires ?

Hi Experts ,

    I would like to know if there exists a possibility for a wire to have two sources as inputs to a single wire . As of know i think it cannot be done as i am able to save the configuration but i get the error

UIBB key (component BS_ANLY_CHART_UIBB config id /XYZ/WDCC_ABC) multiple-assigned as wire target

  Could there be a possible work around for this or is this a limitation to live with ?

Hi Sheldon,

There is no other way to have two different sources of single wire.

But there is a work around process specially for the analytics component.

Suppose you have two query and your chart uibb having both the query.So you have to take 2 search UIBB and for both of them and chart uibb will be single.

So at the time of first query call you have to pass the mandatory parameter of first query to the first search uibb and second search uibb you have to hide. At the time of second query call you need to pass second query mandatory parameter and hide the first uibb.

But your chart will be the same.

Or you can do one more thing make 2 chart UIBB and 2 search UIBB in your configuration and and swap them according to the requireent.
