RBPD is not giving me most of the data values of usage

Hello Experts, good evening, I have run RBPD in our CRM productive system  but not for the main purpose (business processes) but to know the usage of transactions, reports, etc, but I have seen that this only bring less than 10 transction with some usage in the Analisys tab and three transactions usage in the Not Analisys tab, any other transaction has value zero (0) of usage, is there any way to solve this and have a proper result of the analisys?

Hi Paul

There can be various reason...because RBPD get data from EWA Workload UPL etc

Hello Prakhar, I contacted our TQM before the execution, but I remember this happened in the same way when SAP made a RDS os SDA some months ago, therefore, I will open a OSS message to SAP.
