Changing the color of the standard read only field

Hi experts,

Can i achieve the following requirement :

On my screen i have an input field ie getting read only according to the values of other UI elements. I arranged that.

But now in place of using the standard grey color of SAP , my customer wants to see a dark color .

Any help/suggestion?

Hi,

Change the RootContainerElement to Matrix layout and  go to input field properties then use different options in cell Background Property.

If you are using matrix layout, you can see something like this :

Check all the options in Cellbackground and see if it works for you. As far as I know, thats the only color change/ highlight possible individually to a particular field.
