Strategy Determination at OPPT

Greetings SAP Experts!

This is my first discussion at SCN and before of post it, I researched a lot about the related issue but unfortunately could not find the answer to my doubt.

Considering a Strategy Group to which is assigned two Strategies, one as Main Strategy (HPTST) and another as a Strategy (STRA2). How this strategies is determinated at transaction OPPT in order to determinate the Requirement Type at transaction OPPS?

At transaction OVZI, to the Item Category in question, the value to the field Source is 0 - Material master strategy, then item category and MRP type.

It means that the system will look at Material Master Strategy first to determinate the Requirement Type.

To the Material in question is assigned the Strategy Group 92, to which is assigned the Main Strategy ZF and Strategy 10.

When the system can determinate Strategy 10 instead of ZF, the Main Strategy?

Can you copy+paste the screen shots of 1) material master -strategy assignment, and 2) OVZI screen where the item cat+MRP ->Req assignment? This may help to answer your query.
