Hide the Key figure in planning book

Hi,

I have added new key figure in planning area and assigned it to planning book. However I dont want the key figure to be displayed in planning book. How can I make this key figure hidden in planning book.

Hi Alok,

There are two methods of hiding a key figure (three if you count non-persistent session only).

1.  From interactive planning book, select Design.  Right-click on the key figure in question and select Hide.  Save your results and back out.

2.  From the interactive planning book select user settings.  There is a tab for "Hide Key Figures".  Check the box for the KF you want to hide.  Save and back out.
