Hi,
I have added a new key figure in planning area and assigned it to planning book. However I don't want the key figure to be displayed in the planning book. How can I make this key figure hidden in planning book?
Thanks,
Alok
Dear Alok
If u have already used the KF in the Planning Area then there are 2 options do make ii hide / not to display.
> Do not assing the Key Fig while creating the Data view.
> Also if u have assigned in the data view still u can hide it in the planning table. Pls refer the below screenshot , where u can select the required KF's only.

Hi Alok,
Once KF is assigned to PB and Data View. You will see the KF in Interactive Planning book.
I understand you wish KF should be used for calculation but shouln't visible in Interactive PB.
Option 1.
From interactive PB, Click on Design and Right click on KF and select Hide.
Option 2.
Use default macro with row_visible ( 0 )
Some options:
1)Do not assign the key figure to planning book / data view at all.
2)Set the row to be hidden in data view design in /sapapo/sdp8b (not planning book design).
3)Use macro function row_visible in default macro.
4)Set the row to be hidden in user setting.
5)Use key figure selection functionality.
Please refer to note for more information.
Best Regards,
Ada
