Add Recipients via BP in Technical Monitoring

Hi All,

We have Solution manager 7.1 SP6 and while adding recipients in the templates by only creating Business partner in BP transaction code, the search criteria (under add recipient list) does not show newly created BP.

Pls tell me whats the issue here.

How can we add email ids without creating users in system?
