Items where quality is not activated

Hello All,

is there any way by which we can see in Mass that for a which materials  where Particular Inspection plan is not activated by QA08.Pl help as i am stuck.

Hello Vikas,

QA08 is used to make changes to the inspection plans or QM relevant data for a material.

Use Table MAPL- to see inspection plans for material, task list type- Q

Use table QMAT- to see inspection type set  up and other Quality relevant data for material

Hi,

You can't varify where Particular Inspection plan is not activated or not by QA08. But you can find out by this like When you execute QA08 that material does'nt activate inspection type that you appearing in QA08 screen.

or you can also find out by using tcode QP06(Missing Inspection Plan)

QA08 will be useful to activate / deactivate the Inspection types for the materials.

Here, what do you want to analyze?? Inspection type to material or Inspection plan to material??

If you want for Inspection Plan, check QP06 (missing / un-usable Inspection plans).

QA08 is to do the Mass Change of Inspection Setup for the Materials. It will not be useful to view as the report for which Inspection type is activated or not activated.

You may have to refer the respect tables only.

QA08 is a mass maintenance transaction, not a status that can be reviewed.

If you want to know which materials have an inspection type active, just use SE16 to query the QMAT table.
