The 0 plug-in does not exist in the CMS(FWM 02017)

Hi,

When I connect to BI Mobile using iPad after I upadate BI Platform 4 from SP4 to SP5, I got an error message:

"The 0 plug-in does not exist in the CMS(FWM 02017)",

then I can't  see any report I published to the Categories in iPad, but I can see all reports in Categories using Web Intelligence Rich Client.

Before I update the platform, I can connect to BI Mobile correctly and view the report,

any help will be appreciate,

HI,

is the MobileBIService.war file deployed under tomcat/webapps

can you check its version

is it consistent with the SP5 version

to check, go to CMC>settings

for MobileBIService.war file version check

http://<WebAppServerWithMobileWar:port>/MobileBIService/MessageHandlerServlet?message=GetVersion  ( run this on the server machine, with tomcat having the mobilebiservice deployed )

also, reinstall the ipad app and check the issue
