In TM 9.0 business object TRQ is given as one of the standard object for, direct output agent . Does this mean that we can track on the TRQ level?

yes you can also track on TRQ Level. Business Process Type is TMS_TRQ. You can define your own AO Types and Event Types for it. But there is currently no example visibility process available.
