Hi,

   Please try to patch your SPAM from your CI where EPS folder is available.

Don't try from the additional application server.

Hello Nainesh,

Goto link http://service.sap.com/spmanager from left menu choose SAP Support Packages in detail 

download relevent version copy to  catalog *EPS\in login to mandant 000 run tcode spam, from menu Support Package choose Import spam/saint update.

HI,

I can't see atachment. Copy downloaded files unpack them using sapcar and form sap gui run Support package -> load form app server. If you have na error please share.

Hi Nainesh,

• Please check TRANSDIR parameter in STMS> Systems> SID>transport tool.
• Check the parameters DIR_EPS_ROOT and DIR_TRANS in default profile.
• Make sure that SIDADM have proper authorization to Trans and its subdirectories. (Perform Check: STMS> Systems > Select System > check > Transport Directory) please let me know your environment and from where you are trying execute the SPAM, it should be from the Primary application server (CI).
