Hi,
Visual administrator will work only when Java is up and running.
Config tool is an offline tool which will work if java is not up.. but for config tool DB should be in open state.
Regarding your issue, I feel that your SAP system is not up and running.
Please open the mmc and try to start the system and try to start the visual administrator.
if you are facing any issues, please right click on disp+work and attach the logs here.
Thanks and Regards,
Vimal

Hi Askhat
Please verify your instance conection with comand R3trans -x this generates a file called trans.log with detailed information on what's happening
Also execute this command sappfpar pf=/usr/sap/<SID>/SYS/profile/YOUR_INSTANCE_PROFILE
Send back results of both commands.

The error messages say that there's a connection error:

I don't know what the 63276 or 63374 ports are for, but I suggest your problems could lie in the firewall (Windows ?) or in the message server itself. Check that the firewall is disabled for all traffic from / to 192.168.191.203, and check the message server logs.

Hi Askhat,
First please check as mentioned by vimalan, and let us know if have done any changes in the system like kernal upgrade, changing the memory parameters, or database user passwords like SAPSR3 and SAPSR3DB.
Thanks

Dear askhat,
Please check snote 142100 and what messages do you have in jvm_server0.out, dev_server0.out and bootstrap traces.
The issue could be your dispatcher (server) is not recognizing your local computer and/or the tcp ports you configured, during this installation. Since this is a trial version, I am sure you must have installed it on a standalone system with no netwrok!
In that case, you need to setup loopback address designated for the software loopback interface in your local machine. You need set this in the 'hosts' file.
(127.0.0.1 localhost)
Additinally, remove if any unwanted (junk) characters in the services file for the tcp ports configured for the message server, dispatcher, gateway etc.
For example, the entries should look clean as follows:
sapms<SID> 36<sys nr>/tcp # SAP System Messaging Service Port sapdp<sys nr> 32<sys nr>/tcp sapgw<sys nr> 33<sys nr>/tcp
DRIVE>:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc'
