Hello ,
I want to use forecast horizon with CTM . I have tried it but standard CTM does not support forecast horizon i think . Can any one please let me knw can we achieve this using a user exit or BADI . Appreciate your help .

Yes CTM doesn't support forecast horizon.
Check following BADI for your requirement.
BADI /SAPAPO/CTM_ORDSEL
