Elster 2.1 for PI 7.11 SP10 (problems with send-Auth)

Hi all

we run PI7.11 with SP 10 and Elster 2.1 SP1

the normal send-sig was working fine but since the HCM changed to send-Auth, we got the following error on SOAP receiver side.

: java.lang.NullPointerException: while trying to invoke the method com.sap.engine.lib.xml.signature.crypto.Reusable.release() of an object loaded from local variable 'reusable'

We checked all SAP notes and did several different configurations but this error was never posted so we are a little bit frustrated with the wonderful SAP Elster black box.

We are so happy if somebody can open the black box and bring sunshine to this wonderful SAP standard solution

Hi Daniel,

we have the same PI/Elster installation like you:

PI 7.11 SP10, Elster 2.1 SP1.

Didi you check all the following things:

Actual patch of Elster 2.1 Sp1 is installed

Actual content for Elster is installed

Certificate has been adjusted accroding to note

1798883

Note 1809868 (actual patch level of Elster 2.1 SP1 has to be installed) to avoid timeout errors.

With all these changes applied the scenario should run fine.

Thanks for the fast feedback.

I think our problem is the SOAP Template 7.10

In the PI repository we run SAP BASIS 7.10 SP16

The archive (sca) on PI has 7.10 SP6

I asked the BASIS team to upgrade the archive SAP BASIS 7.10 with new version.

è I think this should be the solution

But BASIS team told me it is not possible to load the archive for 7.10 because we are on 7.11 SP10

Could this be a misunderstanding?

Hi Daniel,

you can import different versions of SAP BASIS Content in the repository. We have imported 640 and 711 in parallel.

You first have to import the software component version from SLD and then you can import the content.

das war ein Missverständnis, liegt sicher an meinem Englisch.

Ja im Repository kann man das machen.

Aber ich gehe davon aus, dass man auch die SCA Files passend braucht und die werden vom BASIS Team deployed.

Und hier meinte unsere BASIS, dass wir doch nun auf 7.11 sind und sie nichts mehr mit 7.10 deployen.

In der Transaktion MAST sieht man die Archive (SCA) und eben da hat die SAP BASIS 7.10 die Version 6 von 2008 und somit dachte ich, dass hier das Problem liegt.

Man muss beim SOAP Adapter ja leider das 7.10 Template nutzen.

Und beim Modul Send knallt es dann leider.

Lustigerweise kann ich das Modul Send löschen und dann geht der Aufruf durch.

Macht aber keinen Sinn weil ab Juli wird dies das Finanzamt nicht akzeptieren.

Mit dem Inspecotr kommt man etwas weiter es scheint, dass die Zertifikate das Problem sind aber das Finanzamt meinte man braucht keine neuen.

Und mit send-sig und den alten Zertifikaten funktioniert es ja auch.

Wir beantragen nun neue Zertifikate.

Man kann einfache Sachen so kompliziert machen zig underlying SCs die keiner braucht und Module, Java Mappings und und (warum SAP hier nicht ein Vorbild ist und es einfach hält? IndienEntwicklung ohne SAP Zugriff?)... aber so ist das halt mal.

Dass die ganzen Lohndaten aber unverschlüsselt über die Schnittstelle gehen interessiert keinen

Hi all sorry for the German message but ELSTER will be a German problem hopefully for the rest of the world.

The feedback from Tobi points out that it is possible to import different tpz.

That is true.

My question was is it possible to deploy older sca.

Because the sca and tpz version should be the same.

So this was a misunderstanding.

But never the less it looks that we have a certificate issue or I will open a ticket.

It is a SAP solution and a new requirement from tax-office but who will pay our time

Hi Daniel,

did you check note 1798883 regarding the certificate:

Wenn Sie Ihre Steuern mit PI übertragen, haben Sie bereits ein Zertifikat von

den Behörden erhalten. Sie müssen kein neues Zertifikat beantragen. Vergewissern

Sie sich lediglich, dass das Zertifikat neu ausgestellt wurde und Sie es im

PFX-Format von den Behörden erhalten haben. Falls Sie noch die Zertifikate im

alten Format verwenden, ersetzen Sie das Zertifikat, das Sie im PI-Keystore

verwenden, durch die PFX-Datei, die Sie ursprünglich von den Behörden erhalten

haben.

If you transfer your taxes with PI you already have a certificate from the

authorities. No new request is necessary. Just make sure that your certificate

is newly issued and received in PFX format from the authorities. In case you are

still using the old format certificates, replace the one you use in the

PI-Keystore with the pfx-file you originally received from the authorities.

With the new version you have to use directly the pfx file. This was not the case in the past! You don't need new ones, but they have to be in another format in the keystore.

Thanks for your help.

The ENGINEAPI and J2EE-FRMW components are not on the required Patch
Level (for SP10)

- ENGINEAPI: ENGINEAPI10P_11-20002603.SCA
- J2EE-FRMW: J2EEFRMW10P_6-20002637.SCA

fixed the problem.
