Export from Solution Manager 7.01 for 7.1

Hello

i wish to install a new Solution Manager 7.1 and want to know if you know a good way to move data from old SolMan 7.01

into the new one, especially to migrate all the tickets, SLA configuration or EWA`s. or is it rather incompatible ?

Hi Robert,

If you are not using existing solution manager 7.01 , then you can go for fresh installation of solution manager 7.1

But as you described, it seems that you are already working on few components of your solution manager 7.01..

Hence I would strongly suggest you to go for upgrading your solution manager 7.01 to Solution Manager 7.1...

In spite of  installing fresh system and moving the tickets to the new system(which im not sure whether it is possible) , and making the configuration from the scratch again, it would be better for an upgrade .

Please go through the upgrade guide of solution manager 7.1 and perform it...
