multiple result recording issue in QE51n Transaction

Hi Team,

While recording results for QE51n Transaction for single results /Fixed scope MIC it is greyed out in overview screen. But when i select the MIC and detail button able to update results.

But this doesn't happen for all lots, For lots generated for functional location it is working fine but for equipment it is having problem.

1.While creating task  for the Equipment have you selected control indicator "Option char" instead of the "Required char" to these MIC's?

2. Check the Other indicators like "Dependent  Char" are selected for MIC's in task list.

3.Lastly check the status of MIC,is it "0" ?

Also check whether  the specific operation is relevant for inspection.,it can be seen when you click on result recording button in QA32>.System  gives you list if  operations that are relevant for inspection.

It is based on the sample size you using for the lots.

Are you using same sampling procedure for both kinds (Equipment / Functional Location)??

What is the sample size of those??

If you use sample size more than one, then you can't record results in overview screen. You should do only in details screen.
