Hello Everyone,

I need your help for finding out a SAP CRM book which can help to improve our efficiency towards customer by implementing various functions of SAP CRM. I dont want configuration related books but module wise books like best practices followed in SAP CRM Sales, Service & Marketing.

Hi,

1. The efficiency towards customer can be manyfold.  The basic knowledge of SAP CRM alongwith the configuration knowledge will definately add value in terms of consulting skills.

2. The domain/business knowledge of a particular industry can come with the experience, but yes some best practises offered by SAP will add value.
