Moderator status removed

Good morning,

somebody/something removed my moderator status.

For details pls have a look at  (KMM7181677I5883L0KM) (case ID: 3992709).

Unfortunately the SCN support team cannot help obviously, as they told me to post my problem here...

any ideas?
