Hi
Self service procurement is the place where requisitioners / professional buyers create the shopping cart through catalogs or via free text orders. After submission of SC it goes for approval from approval setup through workflows and then created PO either in SRM (extended classic) or in ECC (classic).
so overall, self service procurement includes the SC creation, confirmation of goods & Intiaation of Invoice from SRM by requisitioner via SRM UI (portal)
Coming to SUS:
Supplier self service is a component where supplier can have a access to SRM user interface where supplier will be limited to receive the PO's created for that particular and then followed by responding to buyer in the form of
PO response,
Sending ASN - advanced shipment notification (based on implemented component MM-SUS)
Initiating confirmations against the PO - (posted in ECC once the confirmatoins are approved by requester)
Initiating Invoice - Supplier can initiate invoice and if the 3 way match happens Invoice will be posted and payment run will consider such invoices for payment.
Basically, SUS is a self serving interface which links the Suppliers with the SRM application.
If you need more info, better to go through SAP help .

Govardhan
