PR from PM order

Dear All,

Automatically PR is created from PM order, as the user confirmed the activities, PR line items gets deleted.

PO is created from PR and has PO history..

How to Undelete the PR line items.

If you need to reverse the FI related transactions for that PR, temporarily cancel the TECO in the respective maintenance order. Once your FI transactions are completed, you can set TECO indicator again for the corresponding orders.

Once you do PM Order TECO, PR will get deletion flag.

What do you mean by PR line item gets deleted once user confirmed the activities.

Yes you are right, but is it possible to undelete the line item.

It is un editable button in change mode.

If you make Order TECO, PR line item will get deleted. This is standard SAP.

Why do you want to change that??

Deletion flag is non-editable..I want to remove the deletion flag.

Not possible to remove the deletion flag. This is SAP standard behavior.

Please update what is the reason behind in trying to remove that deletion flag.

we have down change in TDS and have deleted all parked document and all down payment request are reversed except few document which have this issues.

Try to delete the operation from Maintenance Order by reversing the TECO. Or try to edit to the PR by reversing the TECO.

Have you reversed all the dependent documents which have been created from this PR??
