How to find out which features have been activated inside SAP Solution Manager

Hi

We are planning to upgrade Solution Manager from 7.01 to 7.1.

In order to plan the upgrade activities, we need to find out which features of Solution Manager are activated.

Can anyone help with this task.

Hi Anil,

the only 2 modules of Solution Manager i.e. Service Desk and ChaRM are getting impacted during upgrade if you are not using it then no need to worry directly go for an upgrade.

If you are using them then you can see tickets in crm_dno_monitor ......apart from maintenance optimizer transactions....in this case you need solman functional guy to do the Upgrade cut over functional testing post Technical go live

Hi Anit,

Go to DSWP , operational set up you can verify from there , most of the features activated r not

1. ewa

2. mopz

3. system monitoring

3. BPMon

4. For charm and service desk, also verify the corresponding BC sets activated.
