Batch job Issue in delivery creation

Hi Guru's,

We had a issue with the bacth job run, where the delivery document planned PGI date is 20.04.2013

But while running the job 10 days before it created the PGI.

In system Planned GI date: 20.04.2013

            But Actual GI date: 15.03.2013

Why this haapend, when we are trying to create the delivery document manually it not happening, and It happend to only one document, not to all.

I didn't understand your question fully. Let me try to explain what I understand. Correct me if i am wrong.

There is a delivery document for which planned GI shows as 20.04.2013. However, when you try to create the delivery the actual GI shows as 15.03.

Can you please let me know few things:

1. Whats the delivery date system is showing in the sales order schedule line?

2. How did you create the delivery document (Manual or Batch job). I know you mentioned that, PGI is done via job.

3. Can you please check who has created the delivery (Is it by manual or Auto job) Check the created by ID and when did they created?

From your above explanation, what i could make out it, someone would have entered the Actual GI date in the delivery document.
