Hi Team,

There are couple of queues that got stuck in APO Inbound(SMQ2).

The status of the queues are SYSFAIL, when double clicked on the error it is showing the error text as ::000.

Kindly help me in resolving the issue.

Regards,

Suresh

Hi Suresh,

It looks like the classes and characteristics data not available in APO system. Ensure that the required classes and characteristics are available in the APO system. If not, maintain an integration model in ECC and activate it to transfer this data to APO.

Pl check the following link for details.

http://help.sap.com/saphelp_SCM700_ehp02/helpdata/en/b3/12813b680c250fe10000000a114084/frameset.htm

Even if you get the CIF error, capture the error message along with message number (double click on the ? mark in the information message window). It will help the forum members to find out  potential reasons of the error.

Thanks,
Rajesh

I suppose you have some classes / characteristics in your integration model with validity in the past.

Hi Hubert,

There are no classes/characteristics that are having validity in the past in the Integration Model.

All are having the validity date as 31.12.9999.

Please find below the error screen shots.

Suresh,

You can check the CIF application logs in APO or ECC using t.code SLG1 and object as CIF in ECC  and CIFSCM in APO. You can restrict the query to the date range of error observed. If you don't find valuable information from the logs, activate the CIF for detailed logs and trigger data transfer. It might generate the detailed transfer log with error details. Once the root cause is identified, revert back the CIF interface to original state.

Thanks,

Rajesh
