Process Flow from Change Management to Test Management

Hello,

   Can someone with knowledge of 7.1 Workcenters provide a detailed step-by-step to the following ALM Example:

Prerequisites are:

1.) SolMan Implementation Project is created and has had full admin steps executed.

2.) Business Blueprint has been created.

3.) TBOMs have been created.

We are going to be implementing Change and Test Management using SolMan. I am the liaison between the Change Control and Test Management depts. What I want to do is get an understanding of the flow in SM7.1 -

1.) Create a Change Request

2.) Create a Transport Request that is attached to the Change Request

3.) In Test Management Workcenter, BPCA - select created Change Request and run

4.) Review results

This is all in our dev instance of SolMan. So I want to be able to create a change request for something like adding a field to VA01 and have this CR show up in BPCA results as effecting a process step that is VA01.

Any help, links, etc.. is greatly appreciated.
