Access Request - An error occured during processing

Hello

When attempting to create a request via Access Request I receive the error "An error occured during processing" when I press Submit.

I have followed the GRC Post Installation Steps as well as the AC Post Installation Steps and activated the necessary workflow items. I've activated the workflows via MSMP as well without any luck.

There is nothing that comes up in SLG1 and attempting to switch on the MSMP Debug Logger doesn't result in anything.

Can anyone point me in the direction of where to go now? We are on patch 11.

I have configured PSS, EAM and Risk Analysis fine just can't get this to work

Hi Nathan.

Please check the below Note and ensure that the instructions are taken care and implemented in the same manner.

1620332 - Received an error occured during processing after clicking submit in a request.
