in process inspection method

I am new into SAP QM.  Can you plz tell me the flow which is used in inprocess inspection.

Master Data:

1. Create Master Inspection Characteristics in QS21
2. Create Routing with Inspection Points & with MIC assigned operations

Process:

1. Create Production Order with created Routing
2. Release the Order
3. Inspection lot will be generated
4. Then do the Results recording & do Usage decision

I got inspection lot at the time of release of production order.  So before confirming the next operation, i have to do the RR & UD??? Am I right sir???

Any standard sequence flow is dere to do this???  Can u tell me the flow of procedure we need to follow???

Inspection lot will be generated at the Production Order header level. So there will be only one Inspection lot for one Production Order.

In QA32, while doing Results Recording, you will get the pop up screen to select the operation. Here, you can select the required operation & record the corresponding MICs results in next screen.
