Yes, the error message is well known, since the SAP GUI cannot find the file.
Check the following:
3. Close and reopen the SAP Login Pad

Please, copy an extract of any of the dev_w* trace files which shows more info about this error. I think this is a 3 party issue (eg Active Directory, Kerberos),
From past expereince the error can occur where the user name is wrong eg it is case sensitive for example or the user needs to be a service principal user in the AD domain for example.

If these are 64-bit machines, make sue you put a copy of sncgss32.dll in c:\windows\sysWOW64. If these are 32-bit, then ensure a copy of sncgss32.dll in the system32 directory.
