My client is using picking strategy M (Large/Small Quantities). The control quantity on the material master dictates when the system should pick from the overstock storage type, as opposed to the floor stock storage type for lesser quantities. The problem is that if there is no stock in overstock, yet the control quantity has been exceeded, the system will not pick the available quantity in the floor stock storage type. I realize that SAP is not designed to do this as the control quantity has been exceeded and so it makes sense that it wouldn't pick the sloor stock. Does anybody know of a work around for this? I was hoping to automate this rather than manuallly processing the TR and pulling the stock from the floor storage type.
Thanks
