Hello Dipak,

if your EE have the correct dates according to Canada and USA you can just the EE Monitor functionality of EM and assign to your EE Profile an EE Monitor activity.

It is also described here:

There are two activities in the standard:

One for Alert Frmework Integration that can send out Emails/SMS etc.

One for starting any Business Workflow in a SAP system

You can find both in transaction /SAPTRX/TSC0TR.

If you have different requirements you could create your own activity.

Best regards,

Steffen

Hi,

We are going to use-One for Alert Frmework Integration that can send out Emails/SMS etc.

However requirement is that for every location the alerts time duration is different. How we can manage this in standard functionality.

In the expected event extractor where you define your EE you can define also

MSG_EXP_DATETIME

MSG_ER_EXP_DTIME

MSG_LT_EXP_DTIME

the Overdue Monitor first checks these fields.

For Canada you could add 2 hours and for US 3 hours to your Event Expected Date.

Then it should already work.

Best regards,

Steffen
