BPM Configuration Error

Hi,

I facing an error in BPM Condfiguration.

After doing the setup in BPM wizard,

For the monitoring object , table entry couter, after definig the table The section condition information of the table is not appearing.

similarly, the same happens for sales documents also.

kindly guide in this issue.

Hi Subhashini.

Do you mean, the BPMon (Business Process Monitoring) table entry counter function ?

Does your issue belongs to the configuration part ? or Alerting part ?

If it is configuration part and you are using Solution Manager 7.1 SP5 above, please

try note 1799981. (Due to the UI change, search help not avaialble. So with this note,

search help become avaiable).

If your issue is, you cannot search the record with table entry counter although you define

correct where condition, I recommend you to review search condition.

Often Sales Doc search cause problem due to conversion exit.

(Document type OR is stored as TA. So if you specify the OR, you might have issue).

Hi Kejji,

thanks for the reply. I have implemented the not in solman system but it i am not getting the search help.

My problem is related to the configuration only.

In the note they have mentioned to implement in the satellite system also.

I  will try that option and let you know.

Hi Subhashini

Yes, please apply the note to satellite system.    

Field should be visible like attached.
