Period Factor setting in SNP

Hi Folks,

Any idea why setting period factor of 0.150 in Transportation Lane of a location master data for all products wouldn't create the TLB order on Monday? Our fiscal week start is Sunday. This setting worked fine in the past, but recently some locations are having their orders created on Wednesday instead. I was able to remedy it by configuring the same period factor setting in product master under Lot Size tab, but that doesn't make sense and it's very tedious to configure it as such for every product.

Any help or guidance is appreciated.

I also have same issue.  TLB seems to be ignoring the period factor in transporation lane and product master.
