Can't change message status

Hello experts, we actually are configuring incident management into our solution manager 7.1 sp08

But I'm facing an issue when I receive a message: the message arrives to me with "Sent to support" status, but when I change the status to "proposed solution" or "customer action" and click on save icon, the status doesn't change

which could be the problem?

One reason could be that you are missing that authorization. Else, you must have missed something in the configuration. I would suggest you to recheck the configuration - Last time when i had a similar problem - I had rechecked all the actions & condition, and I was missing something here

i am not able to insert the image, but it is under actions that i was missing something.

I don't think is an authorization problem, we have made tests including authorizations traces and there is no problem with this.

I guess I must repeat my configuration

As an aditional info: if I'm attending a message with status "new" I CAN change the status to "in process" "customer action" "proposed solution" and so on

If my message have status "NEW" I can save changes of the new status
