Differences between CRM 7.0 (SAP Business Suite on SAP Hana) and CRM 360 on SAP HANA.

Hi Gurus,

I would like to know what are the differences between CRM 7.0 (including in SAP Business Suite on SAP HANA)and CRM 360 on SAP HANA.

I know that they have a different license pricing.

I really appreciate any help you can provide.

SAP 360 Customer = SAP CRM Powered by SAP HANA + SAP Sales OnDemand + SAP Social OnDemand + SAP Jam, and more…

SAP CRM Powered by SAP HANA =

One product  that can be used stand alone  OR as part of the  SAP 360 Customer solution

What is SAP CRM 7.0

The SAP CRM application is an integrated customer relationship management (CRM) software manufactured by SAP AG that targets business software requirements of midsize and large organizations in all industries and sectors. SAP CRM comprises

SAP CRM Sales

SAP CRM Marketing

SAP CRM Analytics

CRM : Business Suite on HANA

In this part SAP has put together OLAP and OLTP in one:  traditionally, various enterprise systems (eg., ERP, SCM, BW, CRM etc.) have different databases that are optimized for the type of processing each did (transactional vs. analytic) resulting in a need to constantly move data from transactional systems to analytic system for reporting. In this the plus point is you are running OLAP+OLTP together. SAP plans to have all of the industry solutions supported on HANA by year end.
